TASTING NOTES: Brilliant ruby red with violet highlights. Smell intense and likeable, with marked hints of ripe red fruit. Taste very fruity, lively and refreshing.

MATURING IN BOTTLE: At least 1 month

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: Ideal to pair with main courses with grilled or roasted white and red meat, fantastic also with cold cuts and spicy soft cheese producted in Sicily
