TASTING NOTES: Colour intense and vivid purplish. Aroma spicy notes of green pepper, undergrowth fruits, dried prunes. Taste unmistakably typical Syrah, all round full complete taste with soft but intense tannins, wine of mid-rage structure. Notes made from very intensely treated vines where green harvest is done so to have not more than ~8 grapes per plant, between ~7gr. The ripening is extremely advanced and the selection of grapes during harvest is especially accurate.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: in large glasses that allow the aromas to express themselves at their best. This wine with a spicy soul is the perfect pairing for grilled meat, mushroom fillet, roast chicken, game, lamb, smoked cheeses, and herb-infused dishes in general.
As for pairing with fish, the preparations should be very flavorful.
