Grapes: Piedirosso 60% Tintore 40%
Grape harvest: Exclusively manual, mid October
Refinement: Two hours maceration in the press, soft pressing
and fermentation in steel at controlled
temperatures. Six months of maturation in
stainless steel tank then fi ve months
for refinement on bottle
Wine colour: Light pink
Description of wine: Intense, it recalls scents of wild strawberries
and mulberry. In the mouth is soft, dry, good
freshness and discreet structure, sapid with
good acidity, fairly persistent in aftertaste.
Alcohol Grade: 12% vol
To match with: First courses with vegetables and cheese,
structured appetizers and second courses
of fi sh in stew. Excellent with pizza and leavened
