Very ancient vine present in the Country of Gorizia since 1300. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The notes of the flowers of chestnut harmonize with citrus scent and exotic fruit aroma: full, mellow, displaying a good crispness and with an aromatic aftertaste.

Vine training system: double arched cane (cappuccina) and guyot
Soil type: marls and stratified sandstone of Eocene origin, vineyards facing South
Yeld per hectare: 85 quintals of grapes

Vinification: soft pressing, purification of the must and fermentation without marc at controlled temperature of 18°- 20° for 15--20 days.
Refinment: aged in bottle for 2 months

Pairing: perfect as an appetizer, with cheese, battered vegetables and seafood
