HARVESTING: from the 3rd week of October to the beginning of November - exclusively by hand - in crates - immediately destemmed and placed in heat-adjustable steel fermenters;

MATURATION: in barrique, for a period of approximately 24 months, after bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Mature wine, full-bodied, harmonious, with a color that varies from amaranth red to orange-red. Of medium-high alcohol content due to very low yields per hectare, with a warm, harmonious, rightly tannic taste but with much less aggressive and rounder tannins and very persistent aromas, ranging from hints of fruit to spicy ones.
