Aged Reserve Grappa obtained through the distillation of a selection of fermented white and red pomace from Veneto. Distilled using traditional artisanal methods, La Scura Riserva ages for over 3 years in 350-liter oak barrels from Allier.

AREA: Veneto

TASTING NOTE: It offers a great intensity of aromas, perfectly in line with its taste, with a soft and slightly vanilla finish.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: It pairs well with hard cheese aged for over 18 months, extra dark chocolate with 75% cocoa content, or artisanal cigars.
