Aging: 6 months of rest on its lees with 2 weekly batonnage and subsequent bottling
Tasting notes: pale straw yellow colour. The scent is dominated by notes of white flowers, in particular wisteria, leaving the Marà to breathe the notes of vanilla and coconut until you get to the light notes of lemon. The palate reflects the aroma,
enters with a lively vein, a fresh and sweet tip, there are also herbaceous notes such as tomato leaf, is mineral and savory, in the mouth you reach the pleasant sensation of freshness and aromatic cleanness, closes with a pleasant citrus note
Pairings: as aperitif, sea and land appetizers, seafood dishes, white meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses
