Aging: stainless steel for 9 months on the lees,first 3 months of bâtonnage for 2 times a week,then periodically until bottling
Tasting Notes: straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet opens with notes of yellow and white flowers, accompanied by notes of pear and apricot to finish with pleasing citrus notes, especially lemon. The palate is soft but firm, has a good acidity, is balanced. We find the citrus notes, such as pink grapefruit, there is also a characteristic note of fresh almond. The sapidity accompanies the tasting from beginning to
end, is a fairly structured and fresh Altubiancu, leaves the mouth clean with a slightly bitter aftertaste, as the Vermentino wants Pairings: as aperitif, starters, seafood dishes,
white meats with light condiments. Fresh cheeses
