TASTING NOTES: Colour bright yellow with good depth. Penetrating, intense and multifaceted. The refined creamy notes of vanilla, custard, sweet almond and hazelnut are enhanced by balsamic and fruity notes. Taste: complex and elegant. Soft base with a lively acidic flavour. A wealth of flavours on the palate that evokes the aromas. Full and great longevity in the finish.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: Ideal with crustaceans, oysters, caviar, it also goes perfectly with vegetables and light meats, with delicate yet rich seasonings.

PRODUCTION METHOD: The passage of this wine in small barriques is short, but intense: it is tinged with a golden yellow and is enriched with clear hints of vanilla, which are also found in the flavor.
