CERES ANESIDORA I is the result of a careful selection of the best Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Dedicated to the Roman goddess of agriculture, who infused the soil with strength, fertility and abundance. In this cuvée the vitality of the vineyards is skilfully channelled and concentrated to obtain a sumptuous wine with great personality.

Harvest: during the last week in September and the first week in October
Vinification: in stainless steel tank and in Foeder (oak fermentation vat)
Refinement: in French barriques for about 24 months and in stainless steel tank for 6 months afterwards
Maturation: in bottles for about 18 months
COLOR: deep garnet with black hue
AROMATICS: complex, slowly developing, restrained fruit of blackcurrants, wild berries, lilac, savoury notes of black
PALATE: present but ripe and fine-grained tannins, deceptively light on the palate, mineral touch, delicate perfume in the finish, lingering, ethereal aftertaste
