    Vinification: Fermentation with skin contact (“maceration”)
    for 17-20 days
    Ageing: In Inox tanks, then in bottles for at least 2 years. Can potentially be aged for 10 years
    Production: 3300 bottles per year

    Colour: Vivid ruby red.
    Aromas: Herbaceous. Rich and scented of liquorice.
    Food pairing: It blends perfectly with white and red meat, game and braised meat
