Vinification method: The grapes are harvested with careful selection and placed in low crates to be brought intact to the cellar, where they are pressed whole with soft pressing of the bunch. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20 ° C in small used barrels.
Aging: in concrete and steel tanks for about 1 year.
Color: straw-greenish yellow.
Smell: fruity with hints of anise.
Taste: dry, harmonious, with good structure, rightly acidulous, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
