in the small cru called Raviola

Grape harvest: Late September
Refinement: The aging of this wine lasts 32 months: 26
months are in small French oak barrels from
Tronçais and the rest in stainless steel
The process is completed by leaving the wine
to rest in the bottles for at least six months
Wine colour: Very dark ruby with slight garnet tinge that
increases with age
Description of wine: Concentrated and powerful: the scent is
intensely varied, starting with hints of fruit
under spirit to evolve in balsamic and spicy
sensations. The taste is very persistent
and intense
Alcohol Grade: From 14 to 15% vol. depending on the year
To match with: Pairing well with important game dishes,
roasts and mature cheese
