Production area: San Gervasio - Carlino (UD) Friuli Venezia Giulia
Grapes: 100% Ribolla Gialla
Grape harvest: Hand-picking and mechanical harvesting.
Usually mid-September
Refinement: Must from the soft-crushed grapes is cooled
and allowed to settle before racking and
inoculation with cultured yeasts.
Fermentation is carried out at a controlled
temperature of 16-18°C.
Wine colour: Bright straw yellow
Description of wine: Fine and persistent bouquet.
Dry, robust flavor

To match with: Grilled fish, very recommended is also
the pairing with fish soup
