refi nement for seven months under the snow at about 2.000 meters

Description of wine: Fine and persistent over the time
The bouquet spreads a large and fragrant
aroma, with hints of bread crust and ripe fruit.
Alcohol Grade: 12,5% vol
To match with: Excellent aperitif, it is surprising
in combinations with all meals like raw
seafood, risotto and fi sh soup
