Aging: 6 months in stainless steel at 2 ºC
Tasting notes: deep yellow. The aroma has notes of candied fruit, Mediterranean scrub, citrus, honey and raisins. The taste is an explosion of aromas, of yellow pulp fruits such as apricot and peach, is balanced, fresh, harmonious and quite persistent
Pairings: typical Sardinian desserts with almond and walnut paste. Fresh and medium aged cheeses with some drops of honey
