Grape harvest: Entirely hand picked at the end of October
Refinement: Fermentation in steel; maturation in cement tanks,
then one year in the bottle
Wine colour: Ruby red with purple reflections and transparent shade
Description of wine: It stands out for hints of small red fruits,
above all the wild strawberry; there are floral
recognitions of violet and a hint of spicy
white pepper. On the palate a strong flavor
is a contour to an intense and persistent sip.
Alcohol Grade: 12 % Vol

medium-aged cheeses
